Justyna & Ninosh
We focus on the full atmosphere, not just the food. The dishes, the drinks and the table setting come together to shape the experience and the way the evening flows.
Ninosh is a professionally trained chef with experience working alongside a Michelin-trained chef, and across the Côte d’Azur on weddings, private events and in restaurants. Justyna leads the creative direction, shaping the concept, the setup and the rhythm of each event, while also working in the kitchen. She has professional cooking experience in London, working in restaurants and hotels often attended by high-profile guests.
Our approach is based on well-sourced, seasonal ingredients and a balance between refined cooking and comfort. The menus move between classic foundations, Mediterranean influences and more personal dishes, always adapted to the setting and the people at the table.
