About Expé
Expé is a private dining studio founded by Ninosh and Justyna in Nice, working across the French Riviera. Ninosh leads the cooking; Justyna shapes the welcome, table and visual direction around it.
We bring the menu, timing, drinks and service into one idea so each dinner feels natural in the home, villa or venue where it takes place.
Ninosh is a professionally trained chef with experience across the Côte d’Azur in private events, restaurants and weddings. Justyna shapes each event’s creative direction, setup and rhythm while also working in the kitchen.
Our approach is guided by three principles.
